You cannot mark where Amber is, I have just gone to see her and that is true, no markin. I have 2 ways to get to her and would be happy to show you. If you havent been before, I think you will enjoy working your way through this place  |

must be the same one in deceit because that one also summons poison dragon. haven't got any silk from it tho.

The Amber in Deciet has never dropped one, but the Amber near Fantasyland is 100% i believe. Well everytime I've managed to kill her, it drops.

Not the greatest way, and there is a passage from a Britain tackle shop that can get you closer. If you have hiding/stealth{super useful here} you can just walk all the way down.
Open your Travel book and goto Feluccia places of interest, head to Yew Brigands. From there you head WEST toward the open passageway in the mountain range. You will know your in the right spot when you see the hangin rotting skeletons warning you about this place. Just keep going down through all the mobs, not super easy in here, but at the end is Amber, and even Fantasyland!
